a) Information You Provide Directly

Contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address
Event details: event date, event type, venue/location, guest count, and other planning details needed to fulfill a booking
Booking and payment information: billing details processed through our third-party payment processor (we do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems)
Communications: messages, emails, texts, and call details when you contact us or we follow up with you
Inquiry details you submit to us, including through third-party inquiry or quote-request forms, when you request information about our Services

b) Information Collected at Events

Photos, videos, GIFs, and boomerangs captured in the photo booth by event guests
Guestbook entries or messages left by event guests, where applicable

4. Photos and Videos Captured at Events

Photos, videos, and similar content captured in our photo booths belong to the event host and their guests. However, please note:

We may use a limited selection of event photos in our marketing materials (website, social media, portfolio, advertising) unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Clients may opt out of promotional use of their event images at any time by contacting us at info@memoriphotobooth.com.
Online galleries delivered after your event are hosted through Pic-Time, a third-party gallery platform, and are subject to Pic-Time's own privacy and security practices in addition to ours.
We do not sell photos or videos captured at your event to third parties.
Corporate clients using branded photo strips for marketing purposes retain rights to their branded content as outlined in their service agreement.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers who help us operate our business, including payment processors, our online gallery provider (Pic-Time), email/communication tools, scheduling software, and business software subscriptions used to run bookings and accounting
Venues or event coordinators, when necessary to coordinate event logistics (e.g., load-in times, setup requirements)
Legal or regulatory authorities, if required to comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect our rights, property, or safety
A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

If you provide your mobile phone number, you may receive text messages from Memori Photo Booth related to your inquiry, booking confirmation, event scheduling, reminders, and service updates. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive these messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to:

Fulfill the purposes described in this policy
Maintain business, accounting, and tax records
Comply with legal obligations
Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

Event photos and videos delivered via online gallery are generally retained per our gallery provider's standard retention period; please refer to your booking agreement or contact us for specific timelines.

Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements

Photos or videos of minors captured at events are collected in the context of the event itself, with the event host (e.g., school, parent, or event organizer) responsible for guest participation and any required consent from parents or guardians of minor guests.
